Understanding Yoga from Inside and Out with Caroline Lang

A day of Scaravelli yoga practice including an exploration of how
to use 'hands-on' to discover centeredness, grounding, relaxation
and connection through the body. Suitable for teachers and all who have
a long-term relationship with yoga. A day for insight and learning
which will also be deeply nourishing. Caroline teaches yoga that is not
a method but a discovery, inspired by the teachings of Vanda Scaravelli,
she has worked closely with Sophy Hoare and Diane Long. Her
intuitive understanding of the giving and receiving of 'hands on' emerges
from 25 years of teaching experience, her work as a shiatsu practitioner and
a natural meditative awareness. Please visit her website www.CarolineLangYoga.com

Cultivating Mindfulness through Kum Nye (Tibetan Yoga) with Gretchen Faust

10-1 and 2-5. £30 per session and £50 for both if booked ahead. Drop-in rate is £35/£60 respectively. You can come to one or both of the sessions.

An integrated practice that links Buddhist inquiry with the bodymind. It is an excellent for beginners or as an adjunct to an already established Yoga or Meditation practice, as well as having an inherent integrity as a practice in and of itself. Kum Nye cultivates the environment for meditation to arise effortlessly and being a practice, not a technique, results in the establishment of an empowered and embodied presence: physically, mentally, emotionally and energetically. It is hard to describe so best just to come along and see if it might be the practice for you!
