Balance has so much to do with how we interact with the ground beneath out feet. Did you realise that your nervous system and musculature are actively keeping you balanced all the time except when you are asleep? The learning-style we all used as children taught us how to balance in standing, and to fall softly. Today we will explore lessons that reconnect us to this innate ability.
We may be working both lying and sitting. I will be guiding gentle movement sequences. They are usually carried out lying down. Please bring a mat and a blanket to lie on and wear warm, layered, loose clothing, and your drinking water!
